Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of QA documentation, including test cases, test plans, and reports.
• Collaborate with the QA team to understand project requirements and functionality.
• Perform manual and automated testing to identify and document bugs, issues, and inconsistencies.
• Report, track, and verify defects using bug tracking tools.
• Participate in root cause analysis and help ensure the successful resolution of issues.
• Provide feedback on user experience and system performance.

Requirements:

• Recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of software development and testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of manual and automated testing processes.
• Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
• Experience with any programming languages such as Java, Python, or others is a plus.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies is an advantage.
